The business originally opened its doors on April 1, 1957, as a paint and accessory store...   small town USA. A friend was building a boat out back as a hobby when a customer saw it and bought it - before it was even finished.  Three more boats were built and three more were sold,  and that is how Eau Gallie Marine was born.  Officially opening it’s door as Eau Gallie Marine in 1959. Since then, we have offered everything from Guns to diving equipment... trying to keep up with our customer’s needs. But, we soon realized that boats and the servicing of boats is what we do best. We got started in the motor business with Scott Atwater Motors – providing outboard motor sales and service... bet you hadn’t heard that name in a while! A few years later, Eau Gallie Marine Center became an Associate Johnson® Dealer and also manufactured Sea Fury® Boats right on property. We our proud to say Eau Gallie Marine is now the third oldest Johnson® dealer in the United States.
